Helping a local shoe store revive their sales

William's Shoe Store

William’s shoe store is a venerable, family-run storefront stocking casual & dress shoes for men, women & children. Founded in 1954, the store has seen many different evolutions over the years and is a staple in the downtown Evanston area.

In recent years sales have stalled. The key challenge is to rebrand Williams Shoes to appeal to the wide Evanston demographic. They currently do not have a website and only use Facebook.

From this, CEMarketing came up with a new way for Williams to reach customers. A buy online and pick up in store program for customers who can not make their short instore hours and are tired of fussy returns online. By combining the best of both worlds, we expect for Williams to have more customers.
